I recently visited the Whitinsville office and met with Dr. Suzanne Grondin And her team for the first time. This was the first time I’ve ever visited a podiatrist office, and I was blown away by the professionalism and how polite everyone in the office was. If I ever need the services again, I will be certain to schedule my appointments there.

my rating is not on the doctor. It is on his receptionist. I have been calling for a little over a week and I have been getting an attitude and ignored and disregarded almost every time I have talked to someone I got hung up on and told that I would be called back with an appointment and I was never called back all I’m trying to do is make an appointment for my father who is in severe need of maintenance my attempts started on the 20th. It is now the 28th and still no call. I have done everything they had asked in order to make this appointment and I got told that they had other customers that they cannot talk to me and hung up. I have been in line at a doctors office and asked politely to wait for a moment while the receptionist is on the phone to make other appointments or I have also been asked to be put on hold until they were available to make an appointment the receptionist that I spoke with didn’t even give me the option to what facility he was needed to be seen at what day I needed the appointment for and she couldn’t be bothered to even give me the full address. I’m not sure who I spoke with, but I am getting frustrated with being blown off.
