Dr. Robert Grondin and his staff were excellent!!
Dr. Grondin was great! He fully explained the medical condition as well as all of the medical treatment options! He really took the time to answer all of our questions and explain and walk us through all the treatment options.
I really appreciated that he was conservative with the treatment plan as opposed to jumping into surgery as the first option. Of course in this particular case this was the best option, I know sometimes people aren’t so lucky.
Not only did I feel he was solid and well thought out in his treatment plan, but he also added a follow up X-ray and appointment for midway through the healing process to make sure that things were going as planned. As a mom, I really appreciated this because I fell like he is staying involved in the healing process to ensure everything is going well!
The office staff were very friendly and professional! They got us an appointment with 24 hrs due to the nature of the injury!
