First time visit to the office. Very little time spent in the waiting room, and once I was seen by Dr. Cournoyer, I was thoroughly satisfied by how he addressed my concerns. He took his time addressing my concerns and gave very excellent answers as to what was going on, and what can be done to remedy for the meantime. One of the best specialists I've ever seen!

Dr. Grondin is an exceptional podiatrist. She is attentive, sincerely caring, and provides great encouragement to her patients. When she enters an exam room, you are greeted with warmth by her friendly smile. Without a doubt, you can tell that she makes a tremendous difference in the lives of her patients.

I had my first evaluation appointment today and it went smoother than I anticipated. Everyone was very helpful, the appointment was handled on time, and I left feeling confident that Dr. Schaffer will be able to determine what is needed in order to fix my condition.

Dr Cournoyer was absolutely wonderful. He explained everything clearly and answered every question. I did not feel rushed. Office staff was top notch as well. Very pleasant experience!

Dr. Grondin is a great doctor. She listens to you, as well as assesses the situation. She is extremely knowledgeable. She is also very prompt, you do not wait long for her to come into the exam room. I would recommend her to anyone needing great foot care.
